Veggi cooking
For those who haven’t
discovered my taste for cooking (mainly vegetarian) I created this new category.
First of all I‘m anxious
to explain that my ideal in cooking is my mom because she is the best cook in
the world! (What’s that? I’m having a hard time growing up?).Then, I have a mentor:
Cléa. I cannot follow her recipes exactly because I don’t have organic
ingredients and especially they required equipment I don’t have, but on the
inspiration level she’s great (and she is a vegetarian)!
I do have a good asset:
I found a fine young man, full of willingness, who likes to eat nice food and lives
near the Chinese district. That results in a lot of culinary experiments. The
recipe in the picture is entitled "makis semi-veggi". The makis are
made of cucumber, avocado and surimi. The recipe by which I was inspired is
here.
