Préparatifs 3 : Friends épisode 2

Je viens d’avoir une réponse positive pour une colocation en plein centre ville !!! Voici la description de l’annonce:

« De préférence non fumeur, four, réfrigérateur, plaques électriques, micro-onde, WC, baignoire, douche, lave-linge, cave, grenier, parking résidentiel, parquet lamifié, câble (télé), Internet ADSL, chauffage central.

L'appartement se trouve au centre de la ville (2 min de l'hôtel de ville et de la cathédrale) et est très clair et agréable. En outre, deux colocatrices très gentilles t'attendent. »

J’ai appris par mail que la chambre comprend un lit, une armoire, une commode, un bureau, des étagères et un fauteuil. Tout ceci pour la modique somme de 232 euros par mois (charges, frais d’Internet et de téléphone pour l’Allemagne compris). Mes deux futures colocs sont étudiantes et l’une d’elle a des notions de français. Il n’y a pas de télévision dans ma chambre, ceux qui me connaissent savent que cela m’arrange. J’imagine que le truc caché est que l’appartement doit être à un étage assez élevé sans ascenseur, mais ça me gène pas trop, ça me fera faire du sport. Les photos de la chambre sont vraiment bien et la cuisine donne sur la cathédrale. Si je suis prise, je vous ferai plein de photos, promis !

I have just had a positive answer for a apartement sharing downtown!!! Here is the ad’s description:

"Preferably non smoker, oven, refrigerator, electric burners, microwave, WC, bathtub, shower, washing machine, cellar, attic, parking, wooden floor, cable TV, ADSL Internet, central heating.

The apartment is in the center of the city (2 min of the city hall and of the cathedral) and is very luminous and pleasant. Furthermore, two very kind room-mates are waiting for you."

I learned by mail that the room includes a bed, a cupboard, drawers, a desk, bookcases and an armchair. All this for the small sum of 232 euros per month (Internet and telephone expenses included). My two future room-mates are also students and one of them speaks a little French. There is no TV in the room, those who know me understand that it’s fine with me. The downside must be that the apartment is on a high floor without elevator, but that doesn’t bother me, that way I’ll be getting some exercise. The pictures of the room are really nice and the kitchen looks onto the cathedral. If I am accepted, I shall take a lot of pictures to show you, I promise!
